Cesar de Cesar Netto, MD PhD

Director, Dr. de Cesar Netto is a world renowned orthopedic surgeon specialized in foot and ankle surgery. In his research, he has studies multiple pathologies of the foot and ankle, with focus on Progressive Collapsing Foot Deformity (PCFD, aka "Flatfoot"), Ankle Arthritis, High Ankle Sprains/Syndesmotic Instability, Chronic Deltoid Instability, Achilles Tendinopathy, Hallux Rigidus, Hallux Valgus and Advanced Imaging of the Foot and Ankle (Weight Bearing Computed Tomography and Metal Artifact Reduction Magnetic Resonance).

Kevin Dibbern, PhD

Co-Director Dr. Dibbern obtained his PhD in Biomedical Engineering using clinically available imaging data to quantify predictors of biomechanical failure and OA progression.  As Co-Director of the OFIRL he seeks to investigate functional and provocative positioning of the upper and lower extremities to detect pathology using patient specific mechanical modeling and advanced analyses of low-dose weightbearing CT imaging.
